Refund & Exchange Policy
- All exchanges and refunds must be within 3 months of the date of purchase.
- Swing tags must still be attached, in it's original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided
- NO exchanges will be given on swimming costumes, waterpolo costumes and hats.
- Exchange will only be given on tights and socks if packaging is unopened.
- NO refunds/exchanges on any Clothing Pool items.
- All items sold in the Danebank P&F Uniform Shop have a mandatory consumer guarantee.
- It is up to the manufacturer of the items to decide whether the item is repaired, replaced or a refund is given.
- Some items have a Manufacturing Warranty.
- All items must be returned within a reasonable length of time.
- Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer.
